In September 2012, I was hired by the design company GAD Innovation (cited by Fast Company magazine as one of the leading design thinking and innovation consultancies in developing countries) to work as consultant in the project of redesigning NET TV´s set-top box application. NET TV is the number one player in paid-TV in Brazil with over 9 million customers.
